Help with deciphering some words in a will

I have a will belonging to an ancestor who died in 1767, he owned land in Shropshire England and also in London. I'm trying to decipher a street name in London if anyone could take a look please

It's something Street, top right corner of this image

thank you both, he's an interesting man who lived in Baker's coffee house, Exchange Alley, London

as well as the properties, he left £200 to each of his siblings and £50 each to numerous neices and nephews
