Hi just wondering if anyone does grave searches for the Drayton and Toowoomba Cemetery, have all the details but just wanting to know if there are headstones in place.

Thankyou

Have you looked on the various cemetery sites - the ones with pix of headstones?

Have you emailed the cemetery to find out. They should be able to tell you if there is a headstone.

Or the Darling Downs FHS may  be able to help?

Hi Dawn,

Have been able to locate the area they are buried from the online sites but no mention of headstone which I know half the time there isn't one but still like to make sure, I did send an email to make inquiries but it kept bouncing back to me. Didn't think to try the history society so will give that a go, thankyou for your help.

Hi Nari
Pleased to see  you found what you wanted.  It's a great site with good photos in the cemeteries they cover.  Obviously unmarked graves are not shown and, as it's done by volunteers,  they sometimes take a while to update.  My parents died in 2000 and 2003 and there's a photo of their grave on the site.
