Hi, I was wondering if there is any information that can be obtained from US records re
Jonathan McGregor b 1877/8 d. 2nd Nov 1959 San Francisco
he married Jane Redpath b. 1872 in Armagh and they sailed to Nova Scotia in 1910 and later moved (I don't know when) to San Francisco.  Jane McGregor d. 4th Apr 1958 San Francisco.  They had children including William b. 1905 and Lucinda b. 1908.  Not sure if there were others.
There are 2 family trees on Ancestry that relate to this family but I don't have a current subscription.  Is there any way that I am able to make contact with them or is it only possible through paid up fees?
We have a lot of information about Jane's family in Armagh that I would like to share as well as finding out about her life in US.  We have letters written by Jane's father in 1880s to his sister her in Australia which outline all the family members to that date. Thanks Heather Cook

It appears the family immigrated 18 April 1910 and distination was to brother- in-law John S Mcintyre in Wisconsin.

They are living with Mcintyre family in Wisconsin in 1910. Census taken 14 May 1910.

From there it appears they went to BC, Canada.

It appears they then immigrated to San Francisco in 1922

Thanks RJ,
We knew that Jonathan & Jane (nee Redpath) McGregor left Armagh after their marriage and lived at Govan Scotland before leaving for Canada & US.  We didn't realise that they went to a brother-in-law McIntyre in Wisconsin.  That brother-in-law would be on the McGregor side.  Interestingly Jane's younger sister moved from Armagh to British Columbia in 1911 which possibly would explain the McGregor family appearing on the 1911 Census at Bristish Columbia.
Thanks again for the info  :)
