Heather == I have been trying to attach the filmed record, but for some reason I can't (maybe something to do with my only single technical brain cell!)

On the site I found it David's name is filmed as a capital, fancy 'D' followed by what looks like a small 'd'. It was transcribed as Thomas -- but it certainly isn't that. Definitely looks like 'Dd' in fancy writing.
