Possibly the William John Crow (born 30 Jan.1839) baptised 26 Feb.1839 Killiag Presbyterian Church (father James Crowe, Letterloan). His marriage certificate should give father's name and occupation which might help confirm or rule out this baptism. It will eventually come on Irish Genealogy site (free) or you can view the certificate now on GRONI's site (register and purchase a few credits)-

If that is the correct William John Crowe then there are possible siblings-
George Crowe** (Letterloan) bapt. 8 Oct.1829 Killaig Presbyterian Church
Helen Maria Crowe (no townland) born 9 Aug.1836, bapt. 28 Aug.1836 Killaig Presbyterian Church

Another record to keep in mind-
Margaret Crowe, Leck, daughter of James Crowe (farmer), married 13 Feb.1849 Aghadowey Presbyterian Church to James Hunter, shoemaker, Ruskey.

** note: William John Crowe & Elizabeth King did have a son George born 1891-

Aghadowey  that is strange George in Jan 1891 and Bessie in July 1891

I thought so too but looking at George's birth it would seem that registrar put 1891 instead of 1890 (registered 26 Jan.1891).

Will look up baptisms for George and Bessie and post later.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

I have searched all of the links given by both 'aghadowey' and 'dathai' and I thank you both for the info. None of the links have taken me any further. There is however, an old gravestone in Kileague Pres. graveyard which records the death of a 'James Crowe' of Leck who died 1866 aged 75 I think, a son 'James who died 1849 aged 21 years and his wife Mary who died 21st April 1880 aged 84. So, could this be the father of William John? is there a way to confirm or rule this particular James out?
