Thomas Seager - RAF look up

Could anybody please lookup Military service record (RAF)  for Thomas Seager born about 1891 Swindon, Wiltshire. and i believe his service started 1912 and his service number would be  26133 - any information/documents would be gratefully received

His service records are available on FindMyPast     You should be able to purchase credits to download them.  Have you looked at TNA web site to see if they have anything

He was not in the RAF in 1912.

He was either in the army - Royal Flying Corps or the navy - Royal Naval Air Service.

These were later combined and on 1st April 1918 the RAF was established. He may have finished his service in the RAF but he didn't start in it if he started as early as 1912. Don't get confused if he's down as either in the army or navy.

He actually served in the Wiltshire Regiment first joining as a regular soldier in 1912.  He went to France with them in August 1914 and served with them until transferred to the RFC in Feb 1916 then became RAF on 1 Apr 18 with everyone else and was discharged in April 1921.
