I believe the Henry and Lydia in Stepney 1841 census are Hannah's family even though she is not with them. Have found her baptism in 1820 so she was indeed older than stated when she married. I would think she was probably working as a servant and her surname possibly mis-transcribed.

Since Mary was born 1838 was hoping to find her birth entry on GRO index to establish mother Lydia's maiden name - unfortunately, does not look as if her birth was registered.
I couldn't find one either
