I believe the Henry and Lydia in Stepney 1841 census are Hannah's family even though she is not with them.  Have found her baptism in 1820 so she was indeed older than stated when she married.  I would think she was probably working as a servant and her surname possibly mis-transcribed.

Mary A R b.19/1/1838, bp.8/7/1838  dau.               ditto      (residence Stepney)

Since Mary was born 1838 was hoping to find her birth entry on GRO index to establish mother Lydia's maiden name - unfortunately, does not look as if her birth was registered.

I couldn't find one either  ??? the only one I could see was in J qtr. 1838 Hitchin for a
Mary Stutley mmn FAVELL

For info.

1851/61c gives Lydia daughter Mary Ann’s pob Colchester (1851c) Stepney (1861c)

Looking at the 1859 marriage certificate for Hannah Stuttle to William Laken
one of the witness names looks to me to read Edward FAVELL but not 100% certain

Could this be Hannah on 1851 census HO107; Piece: 1607; Folio: 314; Page: 13
transcribed as Hamiah Stuttle age 25 Colchester Essex occ general servant
living in Kent
