Surname from a 1677 will

The first part of the crossed out lines says "after the Decease of my Sister Ann", but what is her surname?

Before replying I checked Hasson as a name on Free BMD. Births are represented in every Northern county (except Yorkshire and Westmorland) 1837-1850.

My guess is Hasson.

It is:  ffarrer

The name is repeated further down.  See the end of the sixth line down.

Also see the formation of the double-f in:   ...ffive acres of land...

See the last line of the clip.

Also, see the formation of the word-end r in daughter and hereafter.

The name (and especially the second appearance) 'Farrer' is much more obvious once the answer is given.
