There is a tree on Ancestry showing her full names as Alice Enid Grace Riches birthyear as 1881 Glamorgan and death 1943.   Marriage shown as between 1911-1915

A son Francis E was born 1913 in Cardiff died 1958 Somerset

Alice died in Glamorgan in 1943 and Francis died Glamorgan 1962

Have you looked for them on the 1939 register

Alice Enid Riches married my grandfather Francis Paull Robathan, I think in Mexico where he was a gold miner. His family were from Risca in Monmouthshire.

The information in your opening post gave nothing to identify her birthyear or birthplace or any information about Francis apart from his name. 

Alice was born in Glamorgan and died in Glamorgan.  Francis also died in Glamorgan.  Alice gave birth in Glamorgan and her son died in Glamorgan

There is nothing to connect Alice with Risca and your post specifically asks for information about Alice
