This appears to be the Wilmott side William Wilmott and Catherine Phillips,Bray
Andrew Keogh was born 30 Lower Georges St,Kingstown 1894 (note address)

Thank you Daithi, I hope I am on the right track with the Andrew Keogh born Louth all I have to go on is the censuses in Dublin. :) If I had marriage record to Wilmot it would confirm his father. There were 2 other brothers to Andrew - William Joseph bapt 1859 & Patrick 1860.
I cant see a death for their father Joseph Keogh - his wife Belinda died in 1860
