How do i find out if my grandfather was treated at Leopardstown Military hospital WW1 and if it's possible to get his medical records. If not here, was there another place in Dublin he could have been. He would have come from The Somme and was British. Family believe this is where he met my grandma.

Just to let you know.....around 75% of WW1 service records were destroyed in the Blitz in WW2.
If he stayed in the Army after 1920 then his record will be with the MOD and you can apply for a copy.

Only his service record will tell you if he was evacuated to the UK for medical treatment although unlikely to say which hospital.
His medal record will in all probability be online but would require at least his Regiment & ideally his service number unless he had an unusual name.
If his injuries prompted his discharge he may have a Silver War Badge record.
His medical record if it exists will state what injuries he received but will be just the basics, GSW to left leg or similar.
