Have you contacted the records office?

With a surname like Williams in Wales you need to provide more info - ages at death and either exact date of death or at least the quarter in which their deaths were registered

Freebmd has 3 deaths in 1838 Bangor RD for Robert Williams and 9 for a Jane Williams in 1847
Census Information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk
Carlin (Ireland & Liverpool) Doughty & Wright (Liverpool) Dick & Park (Scotland & Liverpool)

Hi Neil
If the gravestones exist the inscriptions may be listed in one of Gwynedd FHS publications although which of the 8 separate ones covers the Llanllechid cemetery you are interested in. http://www.gwyneddfhs.co.uk/publications.pdf If you are local I am guessing it would be cheaper to join Gwynedd FHS and use their research facilities in Caernarfon. Alternatively try contacting Gwynedd Archives and ask if they have the same documents.

FindMyPast notes a Robert Williams of Pant Dreiniog buried 12/04/1837 at Llanllechid. Likewise,  a  Jane Williams of Bethesda was buried 10/04/1848 at the age of 84. I can't see any other likely candidates with relevant ages.
Owen , Parry , Pritchard, Foulkes  o Llanddeiniolen
Jones, Bellis o Sir Fflint
Williams o Beaumaris
Chambers o Dulyn
Rowlands o Tywyn
