Mary Hill born Littleborough in ?Hundersfield? 1803

I think the attached image might be the baptism of my gt gt gt grandmother at Town Meadows Baptist chapel in Rochdale (RG4/1152)
What does it say after Littleborough?  Littleborough in Hunderfield?? in the Parish of Rochdale?  Surely it can't say Huddersfield, which is miles away.

I know where Littleborough is, just to the east of Rochdale, but I can't find any reference to it as Littleborough in Hundsomething.

Mary Hill married John Stephenson/Stevenson (both spellings are used, presumably depending who wrote their names down for them) at St Bartholomew's in Colne on 4 April 1825.
I have been able to identify three children:
John (1829-1867)
Elizabeth (1831-?)
Martha (1834-?)
I assume that her husband John died between 1833 and 1841, but haven't been able to find any likely record of that.

I have Mary on the 1841 census (HO107/1320/13, p.7) at Howgill near Rimington as Mary Stephenson, with two daughters, Elizabeth & Martha.  Her son, John is an ag lab at Clough Bottom in nearby Middop.

Mary is on the 1851 census (HO107/2254) in Barrowford, again with her two daughters (and two illegitimate grandsons, John and Thomas - I really must get their birth certificates to see which of the daughters had them.)

If anyone would like to have a hunt for what happened to Mary, her two daughters and her two grandsons after 1851, I'd be very grateful for a second pair of eyes.  (No need to look for the son John Stevenson 1829-1867, as I've got him fully documented.)

Thank you both.

Honresfield - Good thought!  But having looked at the old OS map on the Library of Scotland site, Honresfield is both smaller and in smaller letters than Littleborough, so I'd have thought the "in" would be the other way round.  Looking on other entries on the images of the register on Ancestry, there's also:
Buckley Pasture in ?Hundonfield?
Shay lane end in Hund[? ?]field
Syke in ?Hunders?
Smallbridge in Hund[??]field

all "in the Parish of Rochdale"

Definitely looks like a d in the middle, as it's the the same as the way he writes d at the end of "and"

It doesn't really matter, as it's clear that these are all places in and around Rochdale, but I'm intrigued now, as to what it might be!

I think it's definitely Hundersfield.  I just found this on Google Books: A New and Accurate Description of all the direct and principal Cross Roads in England and Wales, published in 1803.

This puts Hundersfield about half way between Rochdale and Todmorden.  Looking at the modern map, there is an old toll-bar (and bus stop!) on the A6033, about half way between Rochdale & Todmorden.  Which is pretty much the middle of nowhere!  I wonder how many people use that bus stop?

I wonder if the name Hundersfield was applied to the stretch of the turnpike road between this toll bar and Littleborough?  Bizarre that the name only appears in a book and a baptist chapel register - both from 1803!

The large parish of Rochdale was apparently divided into 4 quarters
Spot land in the NW
Hundresfield in the NE
Butterworth in the SE
Castleton in the SW

So I suppose it would be of Littleborough in the quarter of Hundresfield in the parish of Rochdale
