hi i am at a loss to find anything positive about margaret except  in the 1911 she was shown as 5yrs old parents harry ryle williams &mary williams nee powell  in 1939 she is living with my parents at least i presume its thee margaret

I think that you need to look again at the 1939.  The free search only indicates Thomas Williams and Elizabeth Williams (born 16 Jan 1915) in the household it does not mention anyone else.

The birth registration does not give a middle name for Margaret

right, i know she had several children  i only know the names of the 2 that were adopted by her sister sarah ann   they were dennis &carol born about 1945 ish
