HENRY HOSIER

I have just found out my Great grand father Henry Hosier died in 1906 in west derby I am now trying to find out where he would have been buried. Where would be the nearness  cemetery to west derby any pointers would be a great help have been trying for a long time to find his grave thank you

The West Derby Registration District covered many areas so there are several cemetaries he could be buried in

In 1901 he was living in Bibby's Lane Bootle cum Linacre

If he was Catholic - he could be in Ford Cemetary

His death was registered in the September qtr 1906

The 1901 census shows his wife as Isabella but there is no marriage.  Children were registered as Simpson

There is an 1883 marriage between Henry Hosier and Mary Ward

In 1901 there is a Mary Hosier aged 42 b Ireland in the Workhouse in Belmont Rd.  She is shown as married and a vagrant
