I still think this Limehouse family is the most likely one.

Her parents were William and Mary. Both dead by 1858 (same as immigration records)

Ann was only 7 years when her father died, so probably not certain of his occupation.  Maybe William was a labourer on building sites.

1851 Limehouse  George Street
Mary King  widow  46     Essex
William King   son   21   bricklayer     Limehouse
John King   son   12   scholar     Limehouse

Ann and her sister Mary were in Limehouse as servants

The 1851 census shows that John was a scholar.  So the children were educated. At least enough to read and write.

Brother William died 1852
Mother died 1855

It looks like John joined the navy.  I can't find what happened to the other siblings
