Regarding whether the other girls are his sisters, I would say yes. If both sisters are represented (they could all be the one going on looks) I would suggest: Line 1, numbers two and three are the same person. (L1, no. two looks a dead ringer for Reuben in the cap.) And Line 1, number one (the youngest) and Line 2, number one, are possibly the other sister.

[Thank you.  I thought first of all it was his first wife on the top row - No.3- Lucy Scothern who died, but the more I looked I wondered if they were his sisters
