Hi Isi,

I've had previous contact with "b" whom I believe you are related to, regarding Hugh Henry etc.

On my Henry tree I have a Agnes Henry c.1851-1896 who married Joseph/Jos Gilmore in 1870 Banbridge vol.16 page 237 (I don't have the actual record, but got this from the Indexes).  They had a daughter Mary Ann Gilmore born 27 March 1878 at Ballnamagna. Subsequent children from this marriage 1885 to 1887 where born at Grallagh -- Joseph 1885 and Isabella 1887.  Then in 1890 Samuel Gilmore was born in Bessbrook, Newry, Armagh.  These folk are on the 1901/11 Irish Census, but I am not aware of a Catherine Gilmore.

The Mary Ann Gilmore above might be the one who was informant (who lived at Grallagh) of the death of her Grandfather Hugh Henry in 1907 at Rathfriland, which would make Agnes Henry Hugh's daughter.

Best wishes,
Paul.

Hi Sam and Isi,

Thanks for that additional marriage info.

Another Henry/Gilmore link is spinster Agnes Henry who died 19 April 1909 at Ballynamagna -- the informant was her niece Bella Gilmore of Ballynamagna.  Joseph and Agnes Gilmore mentioned above, had a daughter Isabella/Bella born in 1887 at Grallagh.  Spinster Agnes Henry died aged 74 so born about 1835.
