Photograph dating and restoration board

Hi all,

Can someone explain please why posts on the photograph dating and restoration board now have to be approved by a moderator? It seems silly and slows everything down.

The mods have to vet the photos to hopefully make sure that there is no breach of copyright with them

It can take a day before your photo is approved and appears. It depends how many mods are about, I suppose.  >:(
