Help printing photo

Hi as mentioned in my first post I bought a genuine print cartridge and got Kodak Photo Paper. Checked my printer HP Deskjet 2540 went through recommendations to check printer all ok Just downloaded HP Photo Creations printed a copy of original size ( good copy ) but A4 not good.

Just to say that Victoria has sent me the file and, although small, it has printed out really well  on my Canon on A4 paper  - straight from Preview on the iMac.

What does it look like when you print it, Victoria?  Is it blocky or blurred or just not sharp or something else.

It's a really good image on my print.

If Gadget has printed your file out with good results at A4 size then it does sound like a printer set up fault and not a file fault. You say you bought a new cartridge but are both cartridges working well? Can you do a test print and see if the results are good?
