I had been looking at a death registeration of a John Wright died as accident in the railways .. I wondered if this was John Morland Wright .. death 9th Nov 1890

Had a look in the papers to see what I could find about that John Wright.  He was 25, a brakeman for the Grand Trunk Railway.  He was also single.  He boarded at 355 Queen Street West.  Funeral from his sister's home at 45 Mercer Street.  He had been working on a freight train heading for the west.  He was last seen on the top of the train.  His body was found just outside of Georgetown.  They think he fell from the train (it was a windy day).

1891 Toronto Directory has Robert Brown and Charles Cowie listed under 45 Mercer street.

Looks like Charles Cowie may have died in 1893

Charles Cowie was born in 1866, Scotland.

Hoping that Mr Charles Cowie married one of the Wright sisters, I looked for him on the 1891 census.  His wife is Mary from Ireland!! So, not one of your missing girls.
