Wellington Archives Immigration Index look up please

Hi
Is anyone going to the wellington archives that can check the immigration folders for the year 1913 +/- 1 for an Alexander McNEILAGE Please?
 I have tried family search passengers with no luck he is on the 1911 Scotland census and served in NZ in WW1 .  An Australian dock strike was referred to on his way over here which leads me to believe it was 1913

Might this be him arriving at Bluff from Melbourne and Hobart per the Manuka in February 1910.

Many thanks Spades,
I've been reading the post link you gave, as a background there are 3 separate families in NZ; Mary's & 3 uncles families in North Island.
Hector's Argyll - Southland descendants, ( they are vaguely connected abt 3 x Gt gfs. from Dunoon) 

and the Irish - Aus John> James who also lived in the Sth Is. She met their descendant to compare.

But in Scotland the name is very prevalent in some areas and the thread is mainly from Stirling and mention of Campbelltown which don't connect
