Family Historian version 6/ Downloading to a PDF

Hi Guys.

I am trying to download a descendant tree,to include in a email. I feel certain  I have done this correctly, and I  have sent a message to myself with the attachment (just to try it out) But for some reason it will not allow me to do so, saying I must import it to a family historian file.

I am sure I have done this before, with no problems.Help!!

If it's a GEDCOM file you will need to import into a programme that supports it. Most Gen. progs. do.

I'm not quite sure what you are doing but I usually just 'Save to pdf' in the drop down list.
