1949 Voters Lists Manhattan New York Help..

I'm not aware of any New York City voters list from that time frame being available to the public.  There is a group that recently got the 1924 NYC voters' list - https://www.reclaimtherecords.org/records-request/8/  They said "not every year had their original full-page voter registration forms survive; some years had water damage or were lost." 

There is a 1946 Manhattan city directory here - http://www.donslist.net/PGHLookups/Manhattan1946M.htm  The only person I found at that address was named Thomas Carr, but you may need to play around with the search function in case there were multiple people at the address.

Hi yes I have checked the 1946 Manhattan Directory..I think they must have lived in Baltimore for a while as these two photos are taken there..does anyone have access to Old Newspapers or Vital records to see if Arnold Kristian Jorgensen is mentioned or if he married..regarding the Free BMD Jorgensen Girl births in Liverpool and Bootle there are marriages for the parents, so not the girl we are trying to find out about..

No wife is mentioned, but there is a daughter whose information is 'private.'  You could try contacting the owner of the tree [which is written in Norwegian].
