Newspaperarchive is a lot harder to play around with the search criteria to get a sneak peek of their pay for articles then some of the other sites, but here goes...

Here's some of those results for the obit of Maria (Cook) Owens in 1913 obit. It does say Charles Cook family moved to Iowa in 1853 and mentions "sister Mrs Sarah Holdridge of Johnson, Vermont."

Jaz, here is a grave for a John Cook, who is shown as son of Charles and Ann, but his dob is 1829.  I may have missed something but I don't remember this name before:

https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=Cook&GSiman=1&GScid=95278&GRid=65959966&

And I have found a state census for 1856 in Iowa for Charles and Ann, along with a John Cook born England and a Sarah F Cook born New Hampshire

John Cook in the Iowa, State Census Collection, 1836-1925

Here are John & Sarah F on the 1860 census;
