Another possible set of parents for my John, are John and Mary who had a son John in 1796, also christening at Deptford.
William and Ann also a son named John in 1795.
A clue on who should be my John's family is in 1851 with Ellen Bourn (sister) born 1806, I haven't found any Ellen Watkins as yet.

 :) Looking at that original of the 1851 census with just Bourn 1806, how  on earth anyone can make out the first name of this married woman as Ellen is anyone's guess, note though the child above her was an Ellen?

lol, who know's could be Elizabeth Bourn who married a Charles, he was also a printer, ties in with the Hurst side being printers.
