No, there are lots of Mr and Mrs Williams listed.

Hopefully, someone else here will track them down.

Alice WILLIAMS and Philip WILLIAMS, a tin miner,  were accounted in the 1851 and 1861 censuses in Cornwall.
There were a number of children, including in 1851 a stepson to Philip named, I think William SEMENS.

I am not completely certain of this, but some of the names and ages of the children match the census listings.

Per ship  BENGAL in 1871 ticketed to Melbourne I see
WILLIAMS, Alice aged 49. Widow.
WILLIAMS, Mary A. aged 13
WILLIAMS, Edward, 11
WILLIAMS, James aged 7
WILLIAMS,  Rosina aged 20

She was 65 in 1877 as per death reg, could be wrong I know. However, if correct the widow on the Bengal would be too young.

Here is the probable marriage of Rosina WILLIAMS.

This is a death notice for one Mary Ann who seems to have married PAYNTING. It is placed by her sister   Rosina OATES of WA in 1909.
