It's a Joseph Cooper, six lines down from the first page

 :)

Oh! yes now I see it! He writes about my: "leasehold estate in Great Warford (?) in the parish of Alderley, now in the occupation of Joseph Cooper."

This also could give more "weight" to the fact that on his marriage licence in 1741, he was listed as a: "Gentleman".

Great Warford is right near Alderley:
