Problem logging into FTDNA
« on: Tuesday 26 September 17 08:29 BST (UK) »
Hi all, uploaded my data to FTDNA last week and haven't been able to log into their website.
Have tried resetting the password and checking the kit no and GAP username, but no replies.
Anyone else had this problem?
Cheers.

Have you posted on the Forum at FtDNA?  You'd get more help there I think.

Oh good - hopefully the problem is solved.

I just wondered which company you uploaded from , there is currently a lot of complaints of  problems with atDNA from Ancestry.
