Where does he say he was born on the later censuses?

Cornwall-OPC-database has 14 baptisms for a John Harris, father's name John, between 1840 and 1842? :-\
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

1841 census
John Harris age 25
Ann Harris wife age 25
Children
Thomas Bolitho son age 7
Elizabeth Harris daughter age 2.

So found the family.
Ann his wife married a Thomas Bolitho 1834 Gwennap Thomas  died in 1841
Ann maiden name was Trewartha   she died 1863

John Harris second husband of Ann died 1849

They had Three children  and in the following census following thier mother death they where lodges and boarders.

If anyone knows anymore  would be most grateful

so this 1851 then

Gorland, Gwennap HO107/1914 foio 190 pg 27
Ann Harris head widow 37 housekeeper
Thomas Bolitho son 16 miner
Elizabeth dau 11
John son 9
George son 8
all born Gwennap

baptism of Thomas
http://www.cornwall-opc-database.org/search-database/more-info/?t=baptisms&id=3617022

possible baptism for Ann
http://www.cornwall-opc-database.org/search-database/more-info/?t=baptisms&id=3611340

baptism ties in with father as given on second marriage in Kenwyn

http://www.cornwall-opc-database.org/search-database/more-info/?t=marriages&id=492452

original of marriage

http://www.rootschat.com/links/01ksa/

The witnesses are not family members, T G Hicks was the parish clerk and Margaret Courtis the wife of the sexton.

With John only appearing on the 1841 census when only county of birth given, identifying his baptism could become guesswork. There's a possible baptism in Gwennap for a John son of George Harris in 1814 but that doesn't tie in with the age of 23 at marriage in 1839.

Where did John die? There are only 2 John Harris deaths registered Redruth in 1849, one of them was aged 2 and the other 0, so not your John.

Think I may have found the burial 5 Oct 1848 in St Day aged 33 abode Vogue (same as 1841 census) of decline.
Also, think I can account for the John baptised Gwennap in 1814 in later years. Abode on baptism was Kenwyn, and there is a John of the right age in Linkinhorne with wife Ann and children. Mother's maiden name is Manuell from the GRO index and this marriage before names of fathers appear on certs
http://www.cornwall-opc-database.org/search-database/more-info/?t=marriages&id=938642

So, there are also these possible baptisms
http://www.cornwall-opc-database.org/search-database/more-info/?t=baptisms&id=1509454
and
http://www.cornwall-opc-database.org/search-database/more-info/?t=baptisms&id=3612909
both fathers named George and miners.
