Hi there,
I am trying to find a birth record for my 2nd great grandma Annie Mcqueeney born abt 1875/6 (on 1901 & 1911census) in thornaby/Stockton. On the census 1901 it looks like she has a brother called Andrew Mcqueeney. In 1911 she is separated from her husband.
I was unable to find her on the 1891 census and getting myself all confused.

Annie Married Hunter Scott in 1896 and I have the marriage certificate which states her father was John Mcqueeney. I am having trouble finding her mothers name as I am unable to find birth records.

Can anyone help please

Possible family in Thornaby in 1881, although Annie's birth would be nearer 1873:

The Crystal Bar Hotel isn't one I'd heard of before, but I see the Hotel Keeper was Mary Stein so presumably it's the one that became the Birds Nest:
