Hi was wondering if there is any way that i can trace where Gilbert Moffatt is buried My late wife and her sister have tried without any sucess Thank you for your help

Robert Moffett married Fanny Ross 29-03-1905 @ Kingsmill Presbyterian church Loughgilly Newry Armagh. Fathers Robert Moffett & Robert Ross.

Violet Bradley B. 14-03-1913 Newry Armagh. Parents Samuel Bradley & Maggie Paul.
Samuel Bradley age 19 married Margaret Paul age 20 06-05-1891 @ Kilcronaghan COFI Klcronaghan Magherfelt Co.Derry. Fathers.John Bradley & John Paul.

Hi Found Gilberts death certificate but was wondering there is no mention of parents on the certificate Would that be right And is it possible to trace his birth certificate Have only probably year of 1940 Thank you for your help Noel

Irish death certificates for that period do not list parents although sometimes you will get a comment like 'wife of John Smyth a labourer' or 'child of Robert Johnston a weaver.'

Since the birth is less than 100 years old you need to order it from GRONI.

GRONI (not PRONI) are in charge of vital records (births, marriages & deaths) but their online database only contains births 100+ years old. Therefore, Gilbert's birth certificate (c1940) would need to be ordered from GRONI-
