Hi Neil
Apologies for not replying in Cymraeg.
From YFfor.com
Llanrug 1813-1848 Burial Register
112  William  Williams  Cefn  30/03/1821  79  P B Williams  (Craswr Felin Wen)
There are a number of entries for Cefn in the burial records.
From the Tithe maps Cefn covered the fields 1181-1188
http://cynefin.archiveswales.org.uk/en/tithe-maps/visualize/#Llanrug&/transcribe/999722203056/&/georeference/631815348904/&/visualize/631815348904&&/map/485623541277/
There appears to be a farm house in 1181 i.e. the field behind Nazareth Buildings on the road from Llanberis Road to Bethel Road. The farmhouse no longer exists.
Craswr I understand is another name for baker which is confirmed in this article about the Kiln at Felin Wen http://www.walesher1974.org/her/groups/GAT/media/GAT_Reports/GATreport_702_compressed.pdf
"At many mills it was customary for the farmer to supply his own fuel for the kiln, and he
could also use his own labour. Wiliam (1977) records the practice in Cardiganshire of
sending a servant and maid to carry out the work, though in other areas the farmer is
more likely to have employed the regular ‘craswr’ (literally ‘baker’)."

Cafodd plentyn o'r enw Elizabeth Williams ei bedyddio ar 15/10/1769 yn Llanrug (Bu farw Robert Pritchard tua 1836, hithau ym mis Mai 1855) . Ei rhieni oedd y William Williams a Catherine sydd ar fedd N 119. Yn anffodus, alla i ddim cael hyd i fedydd merch o'r enw Jane i'r un rhieni. Mae yna Alice yn  1767, Alice arall yn 1776, a margaret yn 1772. Mae'r enwau'n cyfateb i'r beddau, ond mae sums rhywun yn anghywir ym mhob un !

   Os ydi Hobley yn iawn, yr un teulu. Mae Hobley yn dweud i Robert williams gael ei eni tua 1752. Ydach chi wedi cael hyd i briodas Robert Williams a Jane ?
