Hi Jill,

Walter Henley is not recorded in the Berkshire Burial Index, which covers 1930 Longworth - perhaps he too is in KB?

The vicar - or a churchwarden - is the only answer for KB since it seems they are still using a register that was started in the 1910s.

Hi there Phil,
Good point re register age. Will mention this. Thanks for the Burial Index search, grateful.

Pretty odd isn't it this seemingly lack of burial entry, and although it is not essential it has bugged me, so I *must* find out.

Nice to be in contact Phil, hope all is well with you.

Jill

BTW we do have a war grave memorial [ newish ] here Phil. http://www.kbsonline.org.uk/war-memorial-crescent
