Mary Elizabeth Wilford - Liverpool

Looking for any assistance in finding this lady further back than October 1911:

She married in October 1911 at Our Lady of Reconciliation, Eldon Street Liverpool.
She gave her fathers name as John Wilford [deceased] a Dock Labourer.
She was a Spinster and gave her age as 24 years, living in the courts in Burlington Street, Liverpool.
She died in 1956 at a given age of 68 [@1888].
She appears on the 1939 Register with a birthday of the 30th November 1899, however in very faint text is the year 89 or possibly 87.
Her first child is born in 1912 so she cannot have been born in 1899.
I don't see her on any census, or on the GRO index for around the birth of 1887/1888

If anyone can point me to another source, I'd be glad to take up the chase again.

I've followed through the entries you found Heatherjulie & I can track their subsequent marriages & deaths.
Richard your census entry I found, but not finding her in 1911 making that connection is going to be difficult.
But thank both for your help.

Could you give the names of her children, to see if there are any possible family connections?
(I cannot see a Coyle/Wilford birth in 1912)

John [1912, miss indexed under Mulford], Mary [1915], Dora [1918] James [1920] & Alice Bridget [1922] all names are present in the Grooms family except Bridget. I wonder if Mary Elizabeth came from Ireland, after 1901

It was that 1912 (John) that I could not see.

I wondered about Ireland, but could not see in 1901, and was expecting to see her in Liverpool in 1911, unless she arrived from Ireland and married within a few months (which is not impossible).

Also, not many females called Wilford in Irish censuses.
