Unknown Family (boy and man)

Hi,

I've gone through ALOT of my great Nana's photographs today.

they are very old and this one in particular is in uniform so I'm wondering if someone may know him or have seen his picture before? there was a few in the album that stuck out to me, it was the eyes, they almost looked a misty white!? a young boy & an older man.. surely related!!?

my family are mainly from Cheshire & there were a few in WW1 & WW2 but I'd not know there faces.

hopefully someone might be able to piece this together x
