Essential Website Maintenance

From Friday 29th September 17:00 BST to Monday 2nd October 07:30 BST we will be undertaking essential maintenance to our email service on the GRO website.

Impact

Users will not be able to receive password reset emails.
Users will not receive order confirmation from the GRO website although WorldPay will still send payment confirmation.
Users will not be able to register for a new account, due to not receiving an email validation link.

Once the maintenance has been completed, users should receive emails for any orders placed during this period.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You can still search gro.gov.uk if you're already registered, just have to wait until Monday for new registrations.
