Here is their wedding info - 1817

Did they have any children ?

Sometimes tracing the children and their marriages/deaths can give you the information needed on the parents.

Hi Dorrie
The only child I know of is son John Craig, b. c1821. He died in 1906 in Blairgowrie. There is nothing on his death or marriage certs that would help me with his parents.

Have you found John Craig junior in a census to pin down his place of birth? There are various John Craigs who appear as army pensioners in the censuses.

Hiya!
I have posted this in a different forum and don't know how to copy here - which is the right forum!

Threads merged and moved to Perthshire.

Any help is appreciated.
