transcription says Cecil Arthur Robinson but looks more like a letter "i" is in the middle name - can I please have your opinions - thank you!  :-\

While it does look a bit off, the fact is that the only Cecil A Robinson registered born in 1889 in England & Wales is in the index as Cecil Arthur (mmn Powell)

Strange how the dot of the 'i' in 'Robinson' is so displaced. Perhaps there were blips on the paper? But agree with StevieSteve about birth registration.

UK Medical Registers 1859-1959, via Ancestry, show that Cecil Arthur Robinson was at 223 Boundary Street, Liverpool in 1939.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

1911 has him as nephew to Emma Powell, residing in London, aged 21 and a Medical Student.

Added:  Don't use Ancestry to try to find them - whilst the transcription is correct, the image is totally wrong.  :'( :'( :o
