Number 50 on a birth cert

                          i have been doing Genealogy for about 25yrs and never came across this before,one of my great grand fathers death's had him registered as female and there was a number listed outside the columns on the cert so i asked at G R O what was it and they said statutory declaration to change to male other than that i have not seen it.
