Quinn Ireland, Restoration and Date

This is my grandmother, Bridget Quinn, from County Longford. I love the picture as is, but thought it'd be interesting to see what the talented people on this board could do with it.
Can anybody guess the approximate year taken based on clothes and hairstyles? I'm guessing it was in the 20's.

Lovely image but you would get a lot better result if you scanned it as a larger image. At least 300dpi.

Thank you. I saved to my phone from my Facebook page and uploaded from there. Was afraid that might be a problem. I have the original scan on my computer. I'll re-upload the higher resolution photo when I get home.

I would agree with 1920s...lovely photo.
