Looking at various ways on Google most seem to assume that you can log in! One way might be to create another account using a different email address, log in on that and then get help that way?

It may be worth trying using my gmail email address thanks.

Facebook doesn't allow more than 3 failed attempts to log in per day.

So it you leave it at least 24 hours and try again you may be successful.

I recently had to use this to correspond with them when they decided I was under 13 and locked me out of my account -  they only had to use a bit of common sense to realise the account was 12 years old.
