Is there anywhere a list of what districts the birth, marriage, and death registration numbers of Victoria refer to please.

There are no designated registration districts. The registration lists the town or region. Perhaps you seeking something along the English lines.  Places of marriage are not detailed on the databases.

If you post some requests I may be able to help you as there are several ways to search the CD's which may give clues to the area.  The abbreviations are not consistent.
