Who was Jane Longworth , she died on the 26th August 1901 and lived at Horrocks Fold near Bolton.
She died a spinster and i think without a will, so what happened to her estate and who were her next of kin ?

Farnworth, Bolton, widow, aged 77, b. Farnworth. Death registered Farnworth 1906, aged 82.

Another Jane Longworth, aged 67, b. Bolton, was with her brother in Rotherham for 1901 census.

Jane Longworth was living at Horrocks Fold at 1861 census with father, William, farmer, aged 68 + elder sister, Mary (33) and younger brother, James (26). James was a bleacher. Mary and Jane had no occupation. POB of family was Little Bolton. (Parish was Little Bolton in 1861 census and Little and Higher Bolton in 1871.) There was 1 servant, Isabella somebody. Jane continued to live at Horrocks Fold until her death, according to census returns. A servant called Esther/ Hester Bain/Barns lived with Jane from 1871. Jane was of independent means throughout. Address was 1-2 Horrocks Fold on 1891 census and Horrocks Villa in1881.
