Marriage Wagner /Gerard in Limes,Gerouville, Belgium

I found the birth of Félicien Wagner , in 1858 in Limes, his father Jacob was 22 , hits mother Ismélie ( or Ismérie) Gérard was 30. I never could find the marriage, nor the birth of Jacob. Ismélie was from Limes. Was Jacob from Belgium or France? In 1860 they are found in Paris and after 1864 in Saint-Amour , Jura in France.
Help would be appreciated.

They married in 1857 in Reims, department of Marne, France.
Last name is Vagner in that record.

I have been searching this act  for years , I would have never imagined they married in Reims
, I searched all the villages and towns of the province of Luxembourg (via Familysearch but there are a lot of registers missing or lost or whatever), I searched french villages not far from the frontier , And of course I found nothing.
His death is also missing , I don't know where he died.
Saint-Amour , Jura ,in France or Lyon where he was living at least since 1881 (his son Félicien married in Saint-Amour in 1881, Jacob lived in Lyon , Ismérie lived in Saint-Amour, Jacob was not present at the wedding , he gave his consent in an "acte de consentement" signed at a sollicitor's office (Me Lavirotte in Lyon) ? or elsewhere?
By 1898 he was dead, Ismerie being said "widow".

No problem    we know the feeling when one finds a missing piece of genealogical data after many years of searching.
Your family seems to have moved a lot of times.  Regarding Lyon and Saint-Amour, you may want to look at the 5-to-10 year census (recensement) of those cities, maybe you can find a hint there. You'll probably need to browse through all suburbs and streets though.
