In 1939 Charlotte Morris born 1891, Frank Morris and 1 more person are in Stretford.

If you google Manchester School for the Deaf you will find its history and how there were a number of branches that all came under it including all the ones you named. In the 20th century the whole school moved out to Cheadle where it still is under a slightly different name.

In Sheffield in the time the family lived there was the Maud Maxwell School for the Deaf which might have had associations with the family.

Gertrude is on the 1939 register with her parents, if you find them you will find them, her year of birth has been mangled but day and month ties in 1917 as found earlier.

When Clement Howard died, probate was granted to Geoffrey S Howard and another Mr Howard
