Jack Field lived with his parents at 26 Outlane at start of the war and still with them until 1948 (per electoral rolls - parliamentary division Colne Valley).

If he remained in the same area in 1949-1951 he is living at 20 Greenfield Road with a Kathleen Mary.  From 1952-1956 at 14 Towngate, from 1957-1960 at 10 Cooper Lane and 1961 at 3 Cooper Lane.

Marriage index shows a Jack Field married a Kathleen M. Davies in Sept.qtr.1948 Upper Agbrigg - sounds like this could be 'your' Jack.   I can't see any obvious children born to them but it's possible Kathleen may have been a widow (maiden name unknown).

i found 2 marriages for jack that i was going to take with me when i next go to my grandads to see if he recognised one of them

I think this is correct - you'll have to verify info.

Robert Wibberley born c1899 husband of Nellie Field appears to be the
Son of Percy & Alice (nee Woodhead)
1901c https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X9P8-YRF

Frank Wibberley born c1908 husband of Gladys Mary Field appears to be the
Son of George & Ellen Ann (nee Schofield)
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XWNB-DQ9
Frank has a sister Mary Jane she maybe the other Wibberley on ER

And Percy & George Wibberley are brothers sons of Sam & Sarah
on 1881c  with parents & siblings https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q27R-VSYR

All the above about Robert is correct

Son of George & Ellen Ann (nee Schofield)
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XWNB-DQ9
Frank has a sister Mary Jane she maybe the other Wibberley on ER

will check the censuses so far that i have to see if i have frank on george and ellens. If so then they kept it close to home really by marrying each other if its the right frank lol

And Percy & George Wibberley are brothers sons of Sam & Sarah
on 1881c  with parents & siblings https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q27R-VSYR

Yes sam and sarah nee kaye had percy and george along with others so that is correct too

My grandad said Nellie definately had siblings called jack (who married a nurse but doesn’t know her name) and a Gladys (who married frank wibberley)

jack fields 'wife' was welsh. iv just re-listened to my first little interview with him that ended up being an hour and a half long lol

For info.
