I can't find Emma LEEBRIDGE in 1871 but found this one in 1861:

1861

27 Macclesfield St, St Luke, Middlesex/London

Henry LEEBRIDGE head mar 31? general carman b.Hoxton Middlesex
Matilda wife 20 b.Holloway
Emma dau 8 b.Hoxton
Henry son 2 b.St Luke
Emmily dau 5m b.St Luke
Jane mother widow 50 nurse b.St Luke

RG9/201 folio 116 page 17
.................

This looks like it could just possibly be the same family in 1871 but no Emma ???

1871

17 Brand St, St Mary Islington, London

Henry LEABRIDGE head mar 38 carman b.Hoxton
Maria wife 30 b.Holloway

Harry son 12 b. (blank) Middlesex
Susan dau 10 b. (blank) Middlesex
Mary A dau 8 b.Holloway
Fanny dau 6 b.Holloway
Charlotte dau 4 b.Holloway

RG10/303 folio 18 page 27

Hello

That's all really interesting.

I see what you mean about the record of Charles and Emma possibly being the children before the marriage you could well be right there.

It's possible they came from Middlesesborough, I have no idea, so that could be right.

I think the Macclesfield Street St Lukes record could well be Emma's family.

Thank you for all your hard work on this.    :)

Best Wishes
Carol

Try looking for Charles Anderson.  This could be what the registrar heard when recording the birth.  Many people either wouldn't have taken home a copy of the birth certificate, or wouldn't have been able to read enough to check what the registrar had written.
