Help to identify Coat of Arms

Please can anyone identify the attached Coat of Arms, I believe it is Ok UK and possibly Irish origin, the Family name alone would be wonderful.

Many people think a Cost of Arms belongs to their family this is not correct..unless you can "prove" who the Arms was granted to and your the first son of the first son..ect

If the colour representation is correct then I read the shield as " sable, three buckles or".
The only example of this appears to be Sir Alexander de Bonkyl (born c. 1220) in Boncle in Berwickshire, whose daughter married into the Stewarts and was an ancestor of Lord Darnley, and therefore the Stuart kings etc.
Despite the spelling the "buckles" seem to be a heraldic pun on "Bonkyl" - perhaps you have to be a thirteenth century Scot to "get" it 

As an aside, your picture looks as if it is taken from a "Name origin" type website, in which case treat any supposed link with caution. They are not generally noted for their accuracy !

Many Stewart families descend from this union and bear the buckles.
