Excellent advice from JJ - the first priority should be to ascertain the full name at birth and as good a birthdate as can be found, in order that the right person can be identified with confidence in later records.

I see that Gertrude was registered at birth as Gertrude Linda Harris (Jun qtr 1904 Devon).  Birthdate was 4/4/1904 according to her school records (Upottery).

Annie was just Annie Harris, birth reg Sep qtr 1888 Honiton.  She was baptised at Cotleigh on 30 September 1888, but no birthdate was noted in the register.
